Customer Protection allows you to get a refund within the protection period if your item:

  • Arrives damaged
  • Arrives not as described

  • Coverage: Items marked with "Buyer Protection" on their detail page.

Exclusions

Buyer Protection does not cover:

  • Items you have damaged yourself
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Perishable items (e.g., flowers)
  • Items unsuitable for return due to hygiene or health reasons

How to Request a Refund

1. Contact the Store

  • Action Required: Notify us of the issue with your item. Provide detailed information and upload any supporting documents, such as images or screenshots, to assist in resolving the problem.

2. Make a Return/Refund Request

  • Steps to Follow:
    • Go to our contact page or email us: hello@justoocool.com
    • In the Subject Tab please state "Refund Request" and then add your order number and the item you want a refund for.  
    • Notify us of the issue with your item. Provide detailed information and upload any supporting documents, such as images or screenshots, to assist in resolving the problem.
    • Submit a Refund Only or Return & Refund application.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of Mind: If you decide to return an item due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If the item is defective, not as described, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
